Ed Ryland is the President and CEO of ARVO Realty Advisors. He has more than 25 years of extensive experience in real estate brokerage, consulting, and tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Ryland was the first minority to break the barrier in many areas:

•	Elected to the Board of Directors of the Houston Association of Realtors, the largest real estate organization in the country

•	Elected to the Executive Office of the Houston Association of Realtors

•	Nominated as Commercial Broker of the Year for the Houston Association of Realtors Commercial Division

•	Received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation

•	Appointed as 2010 National Vice Chair for the National Minority Business Input Committee (NMBEIC)

•	Former President of the Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers

•	Chair of the Houston Minority Political Action Committee
