| Kevin Johnson is the Executive Managing Director of Government and Public Sector Solutions, responsible for the overall development, pursuit and execution of the Government and Public Sector delivery platform for ARVO Realty Advisors. Mr. Johnson’s primary focus is providing comprehensive real estate solutions, to include strategic planning, transaction management, development/construction feasibility, program and project management for Government and Public Sector clients. Prior to launching K. Johnson & Company, Mr. Johnson held the position of Managing Director of the Federal/Public Sector Program Management Practice at Studley, Inc., a role in which he assisted clients with project and program management, facilities management, strategic planning and development. He also led the project management team for the General Services Administration’s (GSA) National Broker Contract at both Studley and CB Richard Ellis, where he was accountable for all facets of the national delivery platform for project management services as it related to GSA federal leasing procurements. Mr. Johnson began his private sector career as a Vice-President of Development and Project Management for the Chicago office of Trammell Crow Company, where he worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage client land acquisition, speculative, and build-to-suit opportunities. |

| Kevin Johnson served in the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps for over 13 years as a Base Architect and Facilities Planner, Project Manager, and Designer and Facilities Manager for numerous military support sites around the world. He is a highly skilled financial analyst and has a strong expertise in energy conservation and facilities closure (BRAC), with a measurable track record of effectively managing up to 400 administrative and technical personnel. |

| Mr. Johnson received his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. He obtained his BS in Construction Science and Bachelors of Environmental Design (BED) from Texas A&M University. Mr. Johnson is also a registered architect, a licensed real estate professional (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Illinois), a member of the Urban Land Institute of Washington, DC, Construction Management Association of America and the Washington, DC chapters of the Wharton Club and the African American Real Estate Professionals. |
