| After years of executing their national real estate portfolio with numerous brokers around the country, the General Services Administration (GSA) continued to face challenges of successfully delivering quality space in a timely manner, while managing numerous real estate transactions that occur simultaneously. Therefore, in 2005, they awarded their first National Broker Contract (NBC) with the objective of leveraging expertise of the private sector to standardize the delivery of workplace solutions utilizing industry proven methods. The selected provider, faced the challenge of developing a platform for service delivery to the numerous stakeholders involved. |

| As the National Post Award Services Manager for one of the providers, Kevin Johnson provided program management and due diligence on both tenant improvements and build-to-suit solutions from contract inception, assisting the brokerage team with the overall delivery of GSA assignments. Mr. Johnson also provided transaction support and successfully managed contracted suppliers to meet GSA small business and minority spend objectives. |

| Assignment resulted in more than $2 million of cost savings to the GSA and over 100 leases completed on time, meeting quality expectations. Operating procedures also served as a baseline for the GSA Post Award delivery platform utilized by all NBC providers. |
